The location is just above the M G Marg road. The host Biswsjit is a super friendly human with a great smile. The beds are super comfortable and clean. It's a perfect fit for a solo or group bagpacker. There is a common kitchen, where you can cool your meals to cost cutting your prices. I will highly recommend this place to ebay one.

Location is right on the MG Marg so one can explore the market easily in the evening. Nice and clean dorm rooms with great views of the mountains. The Namnang view point, Do Drul Chorten and Ropeway are at a walking distance within 2km. There is a common area where friends/people can gather and interact.

Backpackers Abode hostel is located in centre of Mahatma Gandhi marg. Excellent shopping street. Union Bank of India building. Top 2 floors hostel building. Have 5 bed 🛌 Dormitory room, 4 bed 🛌 ladies 🚺 dormitory and deluxe double beds 🛌 rooms and 4 beds 🛌 dormitory in top floor. Have tv 📺 room and balcony shopping street views with relax chair's 💺. Roof top also have some places for relax. Price is ₹550 for bed space per night 🌙 😴. Expensive hostel but have clean rooms. Have cleaned double Bathrooms and double toilet 🚻. Always have GOOD water and hot water 💧 also available from water heater. Very safe place and easy to reach any where from Sikkim. Any time we can back to hostel. Lighting is excellent. Bed 🛌 is excellent smooth for good sleeping 😴. One of the best hostel in Sikkim and North east Indian states. Hostel is belong to building owner. Well set-up. One of the best hostel but price is expensive but location is good. From Sikkim Nationalized Transport Gangtok bus 🚌 station is WALKABLE DISTANCE only. Have many tourist travel agencies so we can book tour ticket 🎟 easy. Have around many restaurants and cafeteria. We can eat variety of places. Best place but price expensive. Union Bank of India building. Just oppside of ICICI BANK ATM. There is 74 steps 🚶‍♂️to reach 5th floor hostel. But easy good for healthier excise. Have drinking water. Have water heater for both we can switch it on. Good heater fast heating. Bengali manager is good young man. He is always respect to guest. First floor is Bengali restaurants. Second floor is Union Bank of India. 3rd,4th floor is office. 5th and 6th floor is hostel. 5 bed 🛌, 4bed dormitory room window we see Mahatma Gandhi MARK shopping street to valley view. Nice hostel. But price hight. Boss need to reduce un season some discounts.

I am an avid traveler and have stayed in a lot of backpacker hostels till now across the Indian subcontinent. This backpacker hostel has been my best experience so far. They have the best location. They have very clean beds. Clean bed linen. From balcony you can enjoy the view of the mighty Kanchenjunga. You can use Stove, Electric Kettle, Bread Toaster, Egg boiler machine and Locker. :)

Such a nice place.the owner of the property is such a humble person🌸.i stayed here for 3 night with amazing views from the balcony. property located at Mg road. it's nearby gangtok ropeway.

Amazing place to stay especially for bachelors at M.G marg. A different kind of experience. The owner is supportive, beds are cozy, clean washrooms, superfast wifi and decent common space. I really liked the kitchen provided that helped me to sort my fooding. Stayed here for 7 days and I definitely recommend this.

First things first, the location of the place is perfect, right in the middle of the MG Marg. Hence the location makes all places of need accessible within 5-10 of walking distance. The morning view of the Kanchenjunga peak on a cloudless day adds to the charm. The service and cleanliness was up to the mark. Biswajeet bhai is always up for any type of help you will be needing in the stay or for your tour in Gangtok. Overall a nice, affordable, accessible, place to stay.

It's a nice place for young and adult travellers. Pros: Good rooms Great location Nice view Great common area for chilling No one is ever available in the reception Cons: At 4th floor Wifi available but no internet No one is ever available in the reception

Highly Recommendable. Atithi Devo Bhabwo! This is what they believe in.... I found A Home away from my home. Very friendly peoples, the owner of the hostel is very Humble & Kind(Feel like family members) Provided Dormitory for Male and Female (Seperate Rooms) where i felt like my home in very affordable price (won't get anywhere else in Gangtok) Clean and Hygienic with wonderful view of MG Marg. Resturant in 1st floor where you will get Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Indian, Chinese food)
